Realistic Quality Control

Not every manufacturer will agree to such strict quality control protocols.  In fact, most probably won’t.  For small orders, most won’t even bother with such a demanding client.  There’s easier money to be made.

So, depending on how much time and money you’re willing to spend, you may have to be realistic and accept a kind of trade-off between price and quality.  You may have to sacrifice some quality for a lower price – or else wait until you’ve found a manufacturer willing to meet your quality demands at your target price.

But in any case, you should know that quality control is always an uphill battle – one that you must constantly fight or else your quality levels will begin to deteriorate.  It might be too much to expect top quality 100% of the time, but you should still demand that your suppliers provide their best quality for every shipment.  After all, that’s the mark of a professional.
