Time Differences

12-hour time differences are not uncommon on – if you’re working with a foreign supplier. That’s the time lag between New York and China. When it’s noon your time, it’s might be midnight over there – and vice versa.

Time differences can be a pain, but shouldn’t be a major problem if you and your supplier are flexible. Most people on don’t mind the occasional late night or early morning telephone calls. As long as you coordinate your meetings well – and respect each other’s schedules – time differences shouldn’t be too difficult to deal with.
